During my recent stay at the Sun Island Motel, I felt right at home in a charming little community where every guest was welcomed like family. The clean, well-equipped room came with a kitchenette which was perfect for our group, allowing for cozy meals together after a day of exploring. What truly stood out, however, was the incredible hospitality of the manager, Marybeth—her warmth and friendliness made our stay memorable. Nestled just a stone's throw from St Pete Beach, we enjoyed the convenience of walking to nearby attractions, while also having the luxury of an outdoor pool to unwind by in the evenings. Although I wish there was direct beach access, the motel’s inviting atmosphere and friendly vibe more than made up for it. If you're looking for a spot that feels like a home away from home in beautiful St Pete, I wholeheartedly recommend the Sun Island Motel—I'll definitely be returning soon!
